2nd shift Production Operator in Holland, MI at L&W Engineering

Job Description

We are looking for entry level or experienced production operators to work at our Plant 3 location! We are a Tier 1 automotive manufacturing company, located in the South side of Holland, MI. We have a metal stamping department and robotic welding / light assembly area.

Candidates will be responsible for the following job duties/functions:

• Operates a variety of production machines
• Follows written work instructions and operator inspection sheets to determine production requirements and part specifications
• Monitor production machinery for proper operation; troubleshoot and/or report problems to supervisor
• Inspects parts visually for quality defects, such as open welds / part length and appearance (dents, scratches, burrs, etc.)
• Performs routine and preventive maintenance on production machines
• Packs production parts
• Keeps work area clean and orderly
• Operates production machines in accordance with MIOSHA standards and Company procedures by using required safety equipment such as safety glasses / shoes, earplugs, sleeves, gloves, etc.
